I have a portable printer that prints pics from an SD card. I saved the photos i wanted onto the SD card but when i put the card into my printer they don’t show up anywhere. Am i missing something?
Yes, the SD card reader is on my laptop. I’m able to save the pics off my computer to the card but they won’t show up on the printer or when i put the card back into the camera the pics that weren’t taken with the camera won’t show up (it says card error on those specific pics) The printer has a SD card slot and the pics on the card that were taken with the camera show up fine it is only the pics that i got through an e-mail that i saved to the sd card that won’t show up. The printer is a HP Photosmart 375
If you have a SD card reader on a laptop or a computer (my Toshiba laptop has an in-built SD card reader), you can try viewing them. If yes, you can copy the pictures from the SD card to your computer and then print the pictures with the portable printer. Are the pics viewable from the camera (through the SD card)?
Please be more specific with your question. What is the printer that you are using (make and model number)? Does your printer have the SD cart slot? Many printers (like Sony) only have the “Xd” or “Compact Flash” card support. Please verify the user manual to check whether your printer is compatible with the memory card.
