Can I install the OEM Win7 upgrade on any computer?

I have free win7 pro from company and the win7 comes from the computer is a dell. I received the upgrade kit which is a win7 and a COA. can I use the serial # in the upgrade kit to install the win7 on any computer? thanks

Dell OEM upgrades will generally only work on Dell machines.
